The Role


Breather is currently looking for an experienced marketing leader to take on the role of VP Growth and Marketing. As a member of the executive team, you will be expected to lead the company’s strategy and vision as it relates to its top line growth.


 


Responsibilities


As the leader of the marketing team you will be responsible for delivering a world class marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving new bookings, acquiring users, engaging dormant users, all while creating awareness in both existing and newly launched cities.


You will have full ownership of the marketing team, from digital marketing to PR and offline marketing (including our field teams), and will work closely with our business development team that focuses on promoting our Enterprise solution (Breather For Teams).


Working with our existing marketing team, you will continue to hire top caliber marketing specialists as we grow. You will work with the creative team to build a strong brand and continue to extend our footprint across both existing and new markets, while working with our local marketing teams to generate demand for Breather through relationships with organizations and companies. You will be ultimately responsible for aligning teams across multiple geographies, while overseeing regional programs that are scalable and can be leveraged across markets.


This is a dream job for a sales-oriented leader. The responsibility is broad, and so are the freedom and resources available.


 


Experience


You are a marketing professional with a strong understanding of performance, digital, and brand marketing, and you know how to integrate a BD/Sales team within a growth framework.


You have a track record of successfully testing and scaling campaigns, with the ability to mobilize and lead teams effectively.


You have worked for a recognizable company that is a leader in its field and you’ve played a key role in the company’s success. Preferably you have worked closely with product as well.


You have experience working with analysts and insights specialists to translate data into effective programs, while being able to brief a creative team on current projects and launches.


You are a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no direction.


You can navigate multiple types of relationships using strong social skills, and will do what it takes to bring your team and brand to the next level.
