Quovo is looking for a seasoned VP of Sales with a proven track record of leading all-star teams to drive sustained and significant top-line growth. Reporting to our CEO and serving as a member of the management team, this role will lead our growing sales team across all verticals and product categories. We have a broad and often complex range of offerings being sold to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally smart and comfortable selling to both large enterprise clients and innovative technology startups.

Responsibilities:

  • Ultimately accountable for meeting sales targets for the entire company
  • Implement and manage processes across the sales team to support our rapid growth
  • Continue to build out and lead the growing sales team
  • Manage the pipeline across our enterprise, advisor, and fintech sales channels
  • Point of contact with CEO and other team leads. Make sure the sales team gets answers and necessary resources
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts based on specific deal flow
  • Represent Quovo in high profile deals and own critical long-term relationships
  • Directly assist the team in pushing major enterprise deals over the finish line

About you:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Experience with enterprise technology sales is a must
  • Experience with fintech and the wealth management vertical a strong plus
  • Interest in Big Data and API-based products a plus
  • Seasoned leader with passion for coaching and developing high potential team members
  • Confident, polished executive with strong presence
  • Great instincts knowing which deals to go after
  • Expert understanding of deal cadence. Able to preemptively identify sticking points and provide solutions
