Job Description Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • As a Lead User Experience, you'll head the planning of multiple project initiatives and contribute to the vision of the global technology team.
  • In this hands-on designer role, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes researchers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering unique and innovative financial digital products and services of all kinds, including trading and advice platforms.
  • You'll support our client-first mindset by enabling and supporting library methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, growing and fostering a high-performance UX team, working with designers to ensure deliverables are consistent with design languages and systems, and communicating research results to leadership.
  • Design for the web and native mobile platforms and understanding how to apply both form and function within them while maintaining simplicity
  • Define user journeys for our clients and the processes for advisors and others to support these journeys


This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Good to have 7+ years of experience in UX design
  • Experience leading small-to-medium-sized projects
  • Significant experience designing and delivering world-class digital experiences
  • User-centric design approach that involves rapid testing and iteration of designs
  • Exceptional skills with standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision
  • Experience with Native app design for both iPhone and Android
  • Experience with generative and evaluative research methods
  • Understanding of how design translates to code
  • Ability to use prototyping tools to convey design intent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities on concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to be a UX advocate and communicate with diverse stakeholders
