The Future of UI in Living and Working Spaces, June 5 at 6:30 p.m.

At this event, you’ll hear from Kaz Oki, co-founder and Producer of mui lab, who will talk about creating a hardware-as-a-service product as well as how to manage bi-cultural teams. If you’re a new founder or startup leader interested in learning more about cross-cultural learning with other entrepreneurs, you should check this out.

F3 Presents: Building For Mobile Audiences with Maven, Minibar, and Shine, June 6 at 6:30 p.m.

Female Founders Fund is hosting this event, and it’s going to feature an all-star lineup of New York’s women entrepreneur. Kate Ryder of Maven, Lara Crystal of Minibar and Naomi Hirabayashi of Shine will all be there, and they’ll be discuss their key learning and best practices in acquiring your first million users, expanding nationally and growing your mobile audience.

NY Tech Meetup, June 6 at 7:00 p.m.

In June’s installment of the monthly NY Tech Meetup event, you’ll be able to see live product demos, as well as attend an afterparty where you can network with the local tech community. This month, Civic Hall is partnering with NY Tech Meetup to showcase some of NYC’s best civic and social good-focused tech, featuring organizations like Carpool Vote, Envested, Girls for Gender Equity, New York Public Library, Onstack and Pludo.

Northside Innovation Festival, June 7 at 11:25 a.m.

Northside Innovation Festival is a two-day festival that’s bringing New York the latest and greatest in tech and innovation to Williamsburg. The event will feature talks on emerging tech, media innovations, the future of original video content, startup pitch competitions and discussions with Brooklyn’s key influencers.

Ad Tech Unicorns: How to Get your High Valuation with Patents, June 7 at 5:30 p.m.

In this talk, KissPatent will focus particularly on the intersection of advertising and technology to help you learn how to increase the valuation of your ad tech startup through patents.
