Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employees have the option to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible Medical, Dental and Vision expenses as well as eligible child care expenses.
Our STD plan provides a level of continued income in the event you become disabled and cannot work. Should your disability extend lpast 26 weeks, LTD kicks in at 60% of base monthly earnings.
Employees can choose from two dental plans including one that is offered at no cost for employee only coverage.

Remote Work Program
We rolled out a formal Remote Work policy in 2019. Team member requests to work remote are evaluated based on variety of factors and we currently have approx. 30 remote team members.

Each department gets a set budget every year to send their own team members to job training and conferences relevant to their job and development.
Team members are eligible to apply for tuition reimbursement for various career and professional development opportunities. Job-related courses will be reimbursed up to $5,250 a year.
