-Provide proactive quality support regarding healthcare best practices, process development/improvement, change management, and risk management.
-Define, implement, and enhance Flatiron’s quality management system based on applicable regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal quality/safety commitments.
-Define, implement, and enhance proactive quality support methods for cross-functional teams.
-Develop proactive ways to measure and assess the health of Flatiron’s quality programs.
-Implement quality activities focused on risk assessment, identification, escalation, and management.
-Guide teams in the implementation and management of effective corrective and preventive actions.
-Foster a quality culture focused on meeting high quality, ethical, patient safety, and regulatory standards.
-Enhance and implement standard operating procedures and associated training plans.
-Collaborate with our Product Management, Operations, Oncology, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
