Financial + Retirement

401(K)

Rivery offers a Safe Harbor 401K plan through John Hancock after 90 days of employment with the company. Safe Harbor means that there is no vesting period on contributions.

401(K) matching

Rivery matches 100% of employee’s contributions, up to 3% of salary. Rivery matches 50% of employee’s contributions, up to 5% of salary.

Dental insurance

Rivery offers full benefits through Aetna, via our HR provider, Justworks, for dental. Rivery will pay 70% of costs and the other 30% will come through the employee’s pre-tax pay.

Disability insurance

All employees have short and long term disability insurance. This covers employees who have been injured or fallen ill outside of work for 7 days or more. The insurance pays 50% -100% of one's salary.
