What's something quirky about your company?

We try not to take ourselves too seriously while also maintaining a strong work ethic to inspire one another at Young Alfred. A quirky, yet useful tool we use to ensure we’re locked in and focused on the tasks at hand are our handy sound-proof earmuffs - used to signal “I am in the zone. Do not disturb”. Might look silly, but we’re laser-focused!

In just three short months and 100 shared-memes later, I felt my 'colleagues' had all of a sudden become my teammates/family. This is most evident in our company-wide motivational meetings and casual feedback conversations between teams.
