You embrace a quantitative approach to paid digital acquisition. Track record of scaling a financial service/fintech company digital acquisition at competitive ROI and payback. Quantitative modeling experience a plus. Knowledge of different paid channels/mediums + relative performance (Google, Facebook, Podcasts, Affiliate, Email, Mail, etc).
You will own the budget and bidding strategy that deploys Young Alfred's ad budget across 300+ advertising partners, 50 states, and maintains/improves the multi-factor bidding model. Calibrate conversion across the entire funnel.
