The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Account-Based Experience (ABX) Manager to join our Revenue Marketing team. This role will develop and execute ABM programs for Superhuman and Coda’s enterprise and education audiences as we evolve into a multi-product agentic AI platform. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, ops, product marketing, performance,  field events, customer success, and others to create campaigns that accelerate growth in our most strategic accounts.

Superhuman's go-to-market teams are shaping the future of workplace communication. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding the use of our innovative and trustworthy AI writing tools. We strive to ensure that every organization can communicate effectively and efficiently. If you are passionate about transforming the way professionals connect and collaborate, we would love to hear from you.

As an ABX Manager, you will:

  • Design and execute strategic ABX campaigns for Superhuman, Superhuman for Education, and Coda. These campaigns will be full-funnel and personalized – spanning awareness through expansion, with multi-channel tactics (events, email, digital ads, content experiences, direct mail, executive outreach, etc).
  • Lead AI-augmented account intelligence, using predictive analytics and first-party intent data to prioritize and adapt target accounts continuously. Work closely with Sales to identify priority accounts, align on strategies, and design tailored campaigns for buyer personas and deal stages.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, RevOps, and others to deliver ABX programs that support expansion within existing strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and use Gong insights to refine messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with Superhuman for Education to increase conversion from self-serve signups to qualified pipeline and sales engagement.
  • Coordinate with field and events teams to integrate in-person experiences into ABM initiatives.
  • Utilize platforms like 6sense, LinkedIn, and Salesforce to orchestrate account journeys and measure the impact on your pipeline.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize, applying a data-driven experimentation mindset backed by real-time analytics and KPI dashboards.
  • Innovate with GenAI tools for scalable personalization in content generation, messaging, and campaign execution.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands on ABX/ABM execution and enterprise account marketing.
  • Experience partnering with sales, product marketing, and field teams to create integrated GTM campaigns. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaboratively shape revenue-driving account programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and account-based engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in full-funnel measurement: from early stage engagement metrics to deal size, velocity, and upsell lifetime value.
  • Deep familiarity with intent intelligence tools, predictive analytics platforms (6sense, Demandbase), AI-driven personalization engines, and GTM tools (e.g.,, Pardot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Reachdesk).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to connect insights to compelling campaigns.
  • Comfortable evaluating campaign results and using data to guide next steps.
  • Experience with product-led/self-serve motions is a plus.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
