Amplify is looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to lead consultative sales efforts, connecting international schools with innovative instructional solutions to meet their educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the K-12 education market, expertise in selling technology-based educational products, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. This role requires a self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and a passion for driving impactful educational outcomes.

This is a contract position based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive: 

  • Develop and maintain expertise in Amplify’s products.

  • Deliver high quality, consultative discussions to identify customer needs and align Amplify’s products and services to address those needs.

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the educational marketplace, industry trends, funding developments, and Amplify products

  • Build and nurture relationships with Curriculum Directors, Principals, Department Heads, etc.

  • Research education trends, competition, and funding sources to strategically drive new sales.

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and territory activities.

  • Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Implement effective campaigns within the assigned region in collaboration with the Managing Director.

Basic Qualifications of the Account Executive: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

  • 3+ years successful direct sales experience in the K-12 education market.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to meet the communication demands of this role.

  • Proficiency in leading videoconference calls and delivering clear, engaging discussions and presentations in a virtual environment.

  • Must reside in the Philippines.

Preferred Qualifications of the Account Executive: 

  • Proven knowledge of diagnostic assessment in Reading and Math, core curriculum in Math, ELA and Science.

  • Understanding of US Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards and/or IB Education Framework. 

  • Experience selling to international schools within the assigned region.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
