Direct Agents is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join our Client Services leadership team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record within digital media (agency side), exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving client growth while inspiring and motivating a team.

This role pays $100k-110k depending on experience, plus a bonus structure.

The Role
Client Relationship Management

  • Supervise and manage assigned client accounts, building effective communication and strong working relationships.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Lead client-facing meetings, including quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions, to present campaign results, performance insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and monitor potential red flags that may impact campaign performance, client relationships, or overall engagement, ensuring timely solutions.
     

Campaign Strategy and Management

  • Lead the setup of new client accounts and campaigns, ensuring all elements are optimized for success.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with client objectives and identify opportunities for new channel initiatives.
  • Coordinate the process of retrieving creative assets, building ad copy, managing technical integrations, and QAing previews prior to launch.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth launches, alignment with client objectives, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure impeccable use of ClickUp and other project management tools to maintain operational excellence, visibility, and accountability across campaigns.
     

Performance Reporting and Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to deliver actionable insights and executive recommendations.
  • Generate reports detailing spend, budgets, and media placements, ensuring accuracy and clarity for client-facing updates.
  • Proactively workshop ideas to improve performance, identify new opportunities, and drive incremental growth.

Revenue Growth and Business Development

  • Support the sales and media buying teams by preparing contracts, proposals, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by staying informed on client needs and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of solutions in client meetings and new business pitches.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Mentor members of the Account Management team, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support.
  • Lead training sessions for the Account Management team and manage onboarding for new employees.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality client deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented work environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Desired Background
  • 5+ years of account management/client services experience specific to digital
  • 2+ years experience managing multiple direct reports
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Expert relationship builder with strong client service skills
  • Strong leader both internally and externally
  • Analytical skills required -- must have experience in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to think strategically on your feet
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and diligent work ethic
  • Strong time management skills -- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
