What You'll Do
- Daily handling of US and International invoices; matching invoices to POs, processing open invoices, ensuring accuracy of invoice amounts and general ledger coding
- Preparing AP weekly batch reports including uploading payment files to banks, preparing ACH payments, creating manual checks and entering bank wires
- Support month-end AP accruals and general ledger account reconciliations. You will assist in the month end closing processes
- Researching and resolving all vendor inquiries in a timely manner and internal inquiries regarding Accounts Payable processing
- Work with various teams throughout the organization to ensure vendor invoices are received and approved timely
- Assist in the preparation of monthly AP reporting packages
- Manage finance inboxes
- Other responsibilities include ad hoc analysis, special projects and systems enhancements as assigned
Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're a resourceful problem solver with 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable function within a fast paced environment.
- You are able to reliably, quickly and correctly execute with an excellent attention to detail
- You have intermediate Excel skills (vlook ups, pivot tables)
- You are able to manage a high volume of transactions and can independently meet deadlines
- You have excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- You are familiar with working in a tech-enabled company
- You are excited about understanding and building systems and processes
- You are adaptable and have a desire to learn and develop your skill set to take on more responsibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant certification, or commensurate experience
Extra Credit
- You have experience with Netsuite
- You have experience with Coupa
- You are fluent in Japanese or German
- Interested in pursuing a CPA

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $68,000.00 - $102,000.00
Preferred Primary Location: NYC Headquarters
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
