As a Client Operations Associate in Agency Securities Finance Operations, you will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and ensuring consistent service quality. You will collaborate with partners across our Commercial & Investment Bank to enhance client-centricity and overall service excellence. Your role involves providing equity and fixed income securities to broker dealers, facilitating their trading strategies. With access to 5 trading desks globally, you will be part of a team offering 24-hour service in 37 different markets.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage Agency Securities Finance Clients effectively
- Represent the Client within JPMorgan to ensure alignment with specific program parameters and reporting requirements
- Represent JPMorgan agency lending's service delivery to the client
- Act as the primary entry point for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Promote escalation of client service delivery issues to relevant internal JPMorgan parties for timely resolution
- Participate in regular internal non-lending specific JPM client virtual team or health check meetings as required
- Collaborate with Securities Lending Onboarding for incremental on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Lead client training sessions on-site and online related to JPMorgan Access, promoting full self-service
- Produce Client Performance decks, including executive summary, commentary, charts, graphs, and benchmarking data
- Prepare client reporting to ensure alignment with client deliverables and expectations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Sound knowledge of Global Financial Markets
- Minimum 5 years of client facing experience
- Proven track record in a busy / dynamic operations environment with an ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- A strong controls focus
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required both speaking and written
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in Securities Lending, Collateral Management, Settlements or Trade Support/Middle Office roles
- Exposure to digital tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and Python
- Understanding of the workflows of a custodian
- Bachelor degree or above preferred
