Senior Product Engineer - AI Team

• World Class Learning Experience: Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System that generates outcomes! Focus on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification and motivational mechanisms.

You will be successful if:

This job is for you if you have:

• You have 6+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer startup

• You have 2+ years of experience building Generative AI products to

• Have experience handling large datasets and piping them through LLM

• Know how to evaluate LLM, build proper testing framework and iterate to improve performance

• Are familiar with prompt-chaining, RAG, and other model optimization techniques

• Relentlessly obsess over solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology and willing to learn something new every day

• Find excitement in joining an early-stage company and are not afraid of building something new

• Are strongly driven to make an impact in people's lives

Compensation:

$140-200k / 0.04 - 0.06%

Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
