What you will be doing:
  • Create high-quality videos using LTX Studio and the LTX family of foundation video models across marketing channels (social media, performance advertising, events) in diverse formats (spec ads, music videos, trailers, sizzle reels, showcases, short films), with a strong focus on editing, motion, and polish
  • Take AI-generated video and image outputs and transform them into finished content using editing, motion design, sound, and post-production
  • Create platform-native short-form content for X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, optimized for engagement and performance
  • Apply motion design, animation, transitions, and timing to enhance clarity, energy, and storytelling
  • Stay current with social trends across platforms (Reddit, X, Instagram) while maintaining awareness of relevant cultural touchpoints and the evolving AI landscape
  • Respond quickly to emerging trends and technological advancements, adapting content format, length, and tone to each platform’s audience and algorithm
Your skills and experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience in video editing and motion design, with a clear understanding of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling through editing
  • Proficiency with professional editing and motion tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Proven ability to use motion, animation, and transitions to elevate video content
  • Experience working with or integrating AI-generated content into video workflows
  • Strong track record of creating social media content, with an understanding of what performs on platforms like X, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Exceptional visual sensibility with strong attention to detail
  • High level English language proficiency and ability to craft narratives that resonate across diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Portfolio showcasing social video content with clear examples of editing and motion work
Benefits: 
  • Expected salary range is $120,000-$150,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
