Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Campus Events & Programming, the Associate, Campus Events & Programming plays a critical execution role in delivering exceptional campus experiences at the Bronx K–12 Flagship Campus.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in bringing complex plans to life. The Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of campus events, shared space scheduling, and day-to-day logistics—ensuring that every event, training, tour, and gathering runs smoothly and reflects Success Academy’s high standards.
While the Team Lead sets strategy and direction, the Associate is a hands-on partner responsible for operational excellence, follow-through, and continuous improvement across campus programming and space usage.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Event Operations & Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of campus events, trainings, tours, and community programs.

  • Manage day-of logistics, including room setup, materials, staffing coordination, and run-of-show execution.

  • Ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to campus standards.

  • Provide on-site support to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless participant experience.



Shared Space Scheduling & Logistics

  • Support scheduling and coordination of shared campus spaces (auditorium, gym, dining spaces, flex rooms, outdoor areas, etc.).

  • Maintain and update campus calendars to ensure accuracy and minimize scheduling conflicts.

  • Prepare spaces for use, confirm readiness, and coordinate resets as needed.

  • Help enforce shared space policies to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent usage.


Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for staff, school leaders, and Network partners related to event logistics and space usage.

  • Communicate event details, timelines, and expectations clearly to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with vendors, facilities, security, and custodial teams to support event execution.

  • Escalate risks, conflicts, or issues to the Leader, Campus Events & Programming as appropriate.


Project Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain project plans, checklists, and documentation for recurring and special events.

  • Capture feedback following events and support post-event reviews.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, templates, and tools for event and space Management.

  • Support documentation of systems and playbooks to enable scalability across the campus.


Required Qualifications & Traits

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, event coordination, logistics, hospitality, or project support roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

  • Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable during high-volume campus activity.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Compensation Range
$70,000$80,000 USD
