You will develop the best strategies and management of Paid Search accounts. You will provide leadership across the business and collaborate with other channels to provide an integrated response to marketing goals.

Job Description:

You Will:

  • Develop and author overall team strategy and approach to paid search management, in cooperation with our client's in-house Paid Search & Marketing teams
  • Immerses self in clients' business: understanding their goals, external economic environment, industries; also know their business model, how it is performing and what success is
  • Work with our client's teams (Data & Analytics and Paid Media) to manage internal and external relationships as related to paid search strategy, team and performance
  • Work with the client services team to manage client relationships as related to paid search strategy, team and performance
  • Ensure best practice and new ideas in all paid search activities; ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Be a point of escalation, resolving problems in a client-centric environment.
  • Accountable for achievement of KPIs and deadlines across core client LOBs

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in Paid Search, specifically in a digital agency
  • Knowledge of Paid Search, market development and trends
  • Experience with how Paid Search / SEM works with Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution
  • Broad range of experience managing across departments and direct response/branded campaigns
  • This is hybrid position

Additional Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $50.63 - $60.82. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
