About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Associate Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the growth team with campaign execution and delivery, as well as briefing and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders across our Brand, Integrated Marketing and Creative teams. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 

What you’ll do

  • Support the growth team in the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, creator and affiliate.
  • Assist in the development of campaign and creative briefs.
  • Assist in building marketing campaigns across digital marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Creative, Creative Ops, Brand and Product teams, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Support and collaborate with paid channel owners to deliver regular campaign performance updates and reporting.  
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in the implementation of A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising, and share insights with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

About you: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and growth marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $64,397 to $80,497. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications, or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
