This multifaceted production professional will work closely with our Creative Producer and Production Director and Creative Operations teams to support existing large scale work streams while operating as the production lead for social first initiatives. What You Bring:

- Proven ability to manage small scale productions independently, including budget tracking and vendor management.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple work streams at once.
- A proactive, solution oriented mindset and a passion for staying ahead of content trends.
What You Do:
Project Leadership & Execution
- Serve as the primary production lead for small scale social and brand projects, managing the entire lifecycle from initial kickoff to final delivery.
- Independently track project costs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all milestones are met for your specific workstreams.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders on small scope projects, streamlining communication and proactively resolving roadblocks.
Tactical Support & Collaboration
- Partner with the Creative Producer and Production Director to provide tactical support on high budget, large scale brand campaigns.
- Work hand-in-hand with Creative Operations to ensure production workflows are efficient and resources are properly allocated.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the creative, production, and operations teams to prevent silos and maintain alignment.
Social-Native Production
- Lead the production of social-native assets (TikTok, Reels, etc.), ensuring all content is optimized for the specific platform nuances and trends.
- Apply a deep understanding of specs, hooks, and pacing required for high engagement social media content to ensure the creative vision performs.
- Ensure that even small-scope social assets maintain the high-quality brand first standards of the agency.
