The Office Technology team is responsible for the buildout, maintenance and improvement of the technical infrastructure in our offices throughout the globe. We are looking to add an individual to the team who has a strong background in Audio Visual and Network administration and is looking for opportunities to develop and grow. We are expanding our global footprint and this role has the opportunity to be a part of a fast paced team that has a focus on quality execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Support our AV infrastructure in our offices globally by installing, maintaining and upgrading conference room hardware, large presentation space hardware, and Application updates.
  • Act as a point of escalation for AV and network issues from internal and external customers
  • Create and maintain documentation for our AV configuration
  • Act as support for your peers in the networking and AV space as needed

  • A good understanding of networking fundamentals
  • A self driven individual who seeks out opportunities and a strong attention to detail
  • Adept at learning new technologies and a willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone
  • Experienced in working and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, distributed organization
