- Job Summary:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect implementations across multiple business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and customer support
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis)
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in contact center workflows
- 10++ years of experience in technical program management or solution architecture
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, contact center technologies, and telephony systems
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations
