About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative with a genuine passion for sales. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound efforts, requiring strong time management, efficiency, and organizational skills. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their IT needs and challenges, and building strong relationships.


Responsibilities
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage prospects effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and business owners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a strategic approach toward warm lead generation.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess prospective new client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changes quickly.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of Business Development experience
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
  • Engaging Prospective Clients: Understanding prospects’ challenges, goals, and IT needs while building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Effective Lead Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM software and efficiently guiding leads through the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration & Events: Working closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies, generate qualified leads, and participate in marketing events.
  • Reporting & Market Analysis: Providing regular updates on pipeline progress, prospect feedback, and market trends.
  • Product Knowledge & Professional Growth: Developing a strong understanding of Sentra.io’s products and services while actively pursuing professional growth.
