Responsibilities

  • As a Care Team Member, you're responsible for ensuring that our patients use Zipdrug with a smile on their face. You will field patient inquiries using phone & email support, manage medication orders and reconciliation, gather patient feedback, and serve as a liaison for the patient.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating the dispatch and delivery of our orders. You will be working closely with our elite messengers to make sure orders are delivered timely and safely.
  • Most of all, you will help craft an amazing Zipdrug experience and subsequently help keep thousands of patients stay healthy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and relevant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and motivated to grow professionally 
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of reliability and work ethic 
  • This role requires evening & weekend hours 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Health care experience a plus
