What We Need
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our global commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand partnerships, agency development, and operational functions, including Supply, AdOps, and SupplyOps. This role will also oversee the company’s international expansion efforts, with an immediate focus on strengthening our presence in the UK and expanding further into Europe.
What You Can Expect In This Role
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with Yieldmo's growth objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve long-term business goals.
- Sales & Partnerships: Lead the expansion of brand partnerships and agency development efforts. Drive the sales function to significantly increase its contribution to the company's revenue.
- International Expansion: Oversee and execute the strategy for Yieldmo’s European expansion, ensuring successful market entry and growth in key regions. Manage and support the UK team, building on existing successes.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the Platform Partnerships & Operations, International, Supply, and Client Partnership teams, ensuring that Yieldmo’s strong foundation in these areas continues to support rapid growth and scalability.
- Client & Agency Relations: Strengthen relationships with key clients and agency partners, particularly focusing on converting global Holdco deals into substantial revenue streams.
- Market Analysis & Growth: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure Yieldmo remains at the forefront of the ad tech industry. Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategy.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior commercial leadership role within the ad tech or digital media industry.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale sales operations and developing successful partnerships with major brands and agencies.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly on the advertiser side.
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising space, header bidding, publisher products, SSPs, and DSPs, especially industry trends and challenges.
- Experience in international markets, with a focus on Europe, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving business growth.
Hiring Process
Select candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. We will discuss the Hiring Process details at that time. The hiring process typically includes, but is not limited to:
- A 60 minute video interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Candidates will be invited to join a remote on-site interview round, consisting of video interviews with various team members and leadership.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $275,000-$350,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
