The Mission

Your mission will be to grow and manage the San Francisco market for Hello Alfred. You will be responsible for hiring rockstar Alfred Client Managers, managing ongoing relationships with partner teams, delivering business objectives, and developing an elite service experience. You will run all programmatic/administrative operations necessary for the successful functioning of Alfred and will be the heart of our 100% consistent service promise, our culture, and the morale of our most important asset: Our Alfreds.

  • Able to manage with little ‘on-floor oversight’ (as Alfreds disperse through the city each day)

 What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accountability for the ongoing management and performance of all San Francisco Operations
  • Establish, maintain and enhance all standard operating procedures around hiring, training, and daily/weekly procedures for all Alfreds
  • Hire & manage the team that provides the Alfred service, maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates
  • Rapidly and reliably launch properties in the existing San Francisco Alfred market and help with (potential) new markets on the West Coast with the direction of the Regional Director
  • Define, measure, and deliver against key business objectives (Activation, Spend, Retention) using reliable key performance indicators
  • Work closely with the Alfred team to ensure buildings have a high customer retention and target spend in the post launch period

 What Else You’ll Need

  • Extensive experience in managing teams and working independently
  • Bachelor's degree and MBA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in creating a launch process and executing against that in a timely manner
  • A record of shipping high-quality work product for multiple audiences
  • Demonstrated passion for solving dynamic challenges in a fast paced environment
  • Adept at working with executive clients as well as peers to achieve not only your objectives but help them achieve theirs
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to establish credibility across the organization, members and partners quickly

Two blocks up from Battery Park, Alfred is no more than a ten-minute walk to water south, east, and west. Our office is easy to get to with many subway lines, ferries, and the PATH within a short walk.
