 About the Role

The Operations Specialist on the Client Operations team supports the Professional Services, Client Support & Success and Managed Services teams to complete tasks across a variety of clients that are critical to a successful implementation and ongoing support.  The Specialist will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of key tasks and projects that require strong execution skills, attention to detail, collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities  

The Operations Specialist will execute the following tasks according to Namely guidelines:

  • Assist with configuration steps for new client HR, Payroll, Timesheet, Namely Time, ACA, and Benefits Administration sites in preparation for Consultant teams to rollout full configuration by contractual go-live date
  • Assist with data entry, exports and imports into the Namely system from large sets of data on spreadsheets
  • Complete audits and UAT (user acceptance testing) prior to site changes being released to clients
  • Maintain routine communications with internal team members to make sure there is alignment on priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise
  • Utilize internal tools for site setup and ticketing system to support Client Services department
  • Other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements  

  • Minimum of 1+ years of work experience
  • Proven successes in maintaining focus, communicating effectively, and working in a continually changing and fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility, critical thinking skills, and technical aptitude
  • Must be able to follow directions and possess excellent organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with JIRA and Salesforce a plus
  • Bachelor degree preferred
