Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
We are seeking a marketing and communications professional with strong experience working within a financial services company to join our dynamic marketing team. As a member of the team, you will play a role in driving the execution of marketing initiatives targeted to financial advisors and clients.
Major Responsibilities• Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to adhance business goals and help drive bottom line results• Liaise with key stakeholders across business teams to write, copy edit, publish content and messaging targeted to advisors and clients covering wealth management, financial planning, and other investment-related topics with an emphasis on incorporating email marketing best practices to optimize positioning thereby maximizing engagement • In charge of handling the end-to-end editorial and content submission processes, adherence to guidelines, brand, tone, and style consistency • Handle editorial and content production activities and processes as well as content maintenance from start to finish• Manage a webinar program aimed at educating and informing advisors on relevant business, wealth management, and financial planning topics, coordinating webinar logistics with business teams, topic selection, speakers, invitations, hosting, and post-webinar follow up for maximum engagement and value delivery• Provide additional marketing support as needed
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications• At least five years of marketing and communications experience in a wealth management firm • Conclusive skills in project management, content creation, and positioning • Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders• Ability to execute strategically • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Salary range: $72,500-$109,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
