About the Role

The Community Support team treats each support ticket as a personal conversation and welcomes the opportunity to foster closeness within our global community through quality support interactions. Because we are in consistent communication with our communities, we have a unique line of sight into the needs of creators and backers. We work proactively with the Product team, sharing trends and feedback to shape more accessible, functional platforms.
