Responsibilities:

  • Help to define compensation strategy and proposition that is competitive in the external market
  • Coordinate and manage critical projects covering bonus, long term incentives and reward elements
  • Develop and utilize different reward opportunities to motivate and engage employees throughout their career, and reflect the changing requirements of the business
  • Driving line manager and HR education in motivational and organizational aspects of the reward agenda
  • Lead in introducing job families, career pathways and pay banding
  • A thorough understanding of the latest research on the motivation and retention of key talent
  • Champion of benchmarking data to underpin reward decisions
  • Partners with key business leaders and HR business partners to ensure compensation programs meet the business and organizational needs
  • Prepare ad hoc executive and broad-based compensation analyses on trends, future programs and other complex analyses

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global organization with matrix management and pay structures
  • Experience with equity
  • Proven track record building relationships with line leaders and HR business partners to deliver a comprehensive reward product
  • A good understanding of the commercial drivers of the business and how to reward and motivate people to achieve the business goals
  • A willingness to pioneer, innovate and create solutions that meet business needs
  • A good understanding of how the business works and how reward can help to deliver on its strategic goals
  • Prior experience working in a global organization with formal governance and controls for reward
  • Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills
