Join our dynamic Risk Management and Compliance team at JPMorgan Chase, where your skills will be instrumental in managing emerging risks and promoting responsible business growth.
As a Compliance - Executive Regulatory Briefings - Senior Associate in our Regulatory Strategy team, you'll have the opportunity assist the department with Executive Briefings and contribute to other reporting needs as time permits. This dynamic position provides opportunities for working across the firm, including but not limited to working with Compliance, Legal, LOBs/Functions including Control Management. Candidate will develop expertise on the firm's regulatory agenda as well as a deep understanding of how regulatory matters are managed at a firmwide level.
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage primary responsibility and ownership for executive briefings for Board, Operating Committee and other senior management meetings with regulators.
  • Have the ability project manage the high volume number of briefings needing production.
  • Be able to stay on top of deadlines and drafts, source agenda topics, edit content to crystalize key messages while giving sufficient detail and context
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate on drafting with stakeholders of all levels
  • Be able to contribute to thematic reporting on regulatory matters for the firm
  • Demonstrate the ability to assist with other team deliverables


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Law degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years of writing and editing skills for executive briefings
  • 3+ years of communicating with senior level leaders
  • 3+ years of reviewing data and reports then turning information into precise bullet/briefings for senior leaders
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Be proficient analyzing data
  • Posses the ability to be detail-oriented
  • Be able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Have a proactive, can-do approach
  • Be accountable with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
