Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager to elevate our brand and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role will lead content strategy, creation, and execution, ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse audiences, from enterprise clients to individual users. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Hello Heart’s business goals and audience needs.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, social posts, testimonials, case studies, email campaigns, video scripts, and more.
  • Demand Gen: Test and optimize unique content programs and offers for different audiences across different stages of the buyer journey (top, middle, and bottom of funnel). 
  • Editorial Calendar: Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content.
  • SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics to refine strategies and drive results.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with customer success, support, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with the needs of users and clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop content that positions Hello Heart as a leader in heart health and digital health innovation.
  • Audience Segmentation: Tailor content for specific audiences, including Medicare Advantage plans, employers, labor unions, and individual users.
  • Vendor Management: Partner with freelancers as needed to scale content efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or related fields, preferably in healthcare, HR tech, or benefit solutions industries.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of diverse content formats.
  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience collaborating with design and multimedia teams to create visual content (Instagram experience is a plus). 
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
