Socure deploys its advanced identity verification robot across email, phone, online/social, address, IP, physical documents and traditional offline proprietary predictors to help clients better assess identity risk and substantially increase acceptance, reduce fraud losses, and optimize manual review/step-up authentication for transactions and applications in the digital world.

Socure is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to help drive market awareness and adoption. The ideal candidate will be a compelling storyteller, responsible for developing compelling messaging and positioning, industry thought leadership, enabling the sales team and executing on innovative, account based marketing programs to help Socure’s continued growth in the digital identity verification market. This role works closely with marketing, sales, customers, product management and executive leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the subject matter expert on digital identity verification
    • Track ongoing market trends and requirements to inform Socure’s strategy
    • Act as subject matter expert at company, client and industry events
    • Influence industry analysts on market category and definition
  • Develop content & work with marketing to drive pipeline
    • Develop messaging and positioning and enforce it through creative avenues and materials
    • Develop needed collateral, i.e., white papers, blogs, articles, presentations, data sheets, website pages, solution briefs, sales tools, videos, case studies, etc.
    • Introduce new content types, such as infographics, video vignettes, digital advertising banners, etc.
    • Actively generate ideas for new campaigns, content, messaging and sales tools
  • Enable sales
    • Lead for developing and maintaining sales training content and delivering field based training when necessary
    • Drive channel sales and enablement
    • Work directly with sales to identify buying process for deal execution

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA/Masters preferred
  • 5-7+ years’ experience in Product Marketing or related function for technology driven solutions. Experience in fraud prevention/security technology desirable
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with extensive experience writing and creative development of content and marketing materials 
  • An understanding of B2B enterprise marketing technologies and the importance of developing a "story" to communicate value proposition
  • Strong team player possessing excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Consistently meet high performance standards including timely completion of tasks, project management, field sales support, and customer interaction
  • Experience with account-based marketing desired
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker
  • Experience in SaaS / Cloud businesses and business models a plus.
  • Approximately 15-20% travel required
