The Role

monday.com is seeking a Event Content Lead to develop and execute Elevate's multi-track agenda to drive event awareness, generate ticket sales and increase attendee engagement. You will lead session development from start to finish, ensuring messaging and content is aligned with monday.com's objectives and company strategy. You will work alongside product, marketing and leadership to create compelling sessions showcasing the future of monday.com. You will work to align marketing efforts with company goals, including brand visibility, customer retention and product adoption.

About Elevate:

Elevate is our flagship annual customer conference, bringing together monday.com users, product experts, and industry leaders for networking, learning, and innovation. It’s also a key business initiative aimed at driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role:

  • Be the voice of Elevate, ensuring there is consistent messaging across the event website, social campaigns and session materials
  • Build strong industry connections with speakers and sponsors, supporting them in the lead up to Elevate and helping them shine on the day
  • Analyze session performance, optimize strategies based on data, and provide regular reports on ROI and key metrics
  • Manage the attendee content experience, from pre-event communications to post-event engagement, maximizing registrations and participation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of event marketing experience in a tech company with orientation to content development
  • Proven experience in creating marketing content and tech events agendas, while linking to business KPIs and aligning to the company strategy and goals
  • Data-driven and results-oriented individual with an ownership mentality to lead a programming plan from start to finish
  • Experience with event marketing campaigns that are designed not just for engagement, but to drive strategic business outcomes such as revenue growth, upselling or customer retention
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling business-focused narratives for various stakeholders

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $125,000-$160,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
