About the role:

The Associate, Web Production will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product, box and category pages on Birchbox.com. We are looking for someone who has previous e-commerce experience, is highly motivated and willing to work hard to learn the Birchbox business. You’ll constantly be thinking strategically about the shopping experience of our customers. Candidates must be able to multitask, work independently, show initiative, and meet deadlines.

You will...

• Develop a project schedule/production calendar for new launches, with key milestones for cross-team
• Be responsible for the coordination of key deliverables via Asana—ensuring all deadlines are met by respective teams and are in keeping with our style guide
• Generate PIDs daily, including manual data entry of product information prior to launch
• Publish all product and brand pages on schedule (four times a month)
• Execute heavy QA (quality assurance) including, but not limited to—product pages, box pages and creative 
• Be responsible for the maintenance of existing products. This includes any asset updates needed to match our current inventory
• Perform visual merchandising as part of the monthly refresh
• Be responsible for executing stock-out protocol on a timely basis by ensuring all of our pdps reflect the most accurate stock status, removing any outdated items and updating statuses where necessary
• Prioritize day-to-day tasks and deliver projects on time

You have...

• A BA plus 1-2 years work experience in producing website content
• Demonstrated experience with e-commerce
• Familiarity with CMS tools
• Project management skills

Pluses:

• Basic experience with Magento
• Familiarity with Asana (or another task management system)
• Basic/Working Photoshop skills
