At Red Antler, we launch brands. We’ve done this for Casper, Allbirds, and Brandless to name a few. As we grow, we’re looking for an eager Cinematographer/Editor to work with innovative clients and develop groundbreaking branded content across platforms.

Who you are:

• You’re a visual storyteller. You love crafting stories that captivate an audience and have a deep toolbox to express any idea or aesthetic.
• You’re motivated by your own creative integrity. You have a deep mental reference library of film trends, technique, and aesthetics - both classic and cutting edge- and are constantly seeking to test the limits of what can be done in video.
• You have a passion for creating compelling content that ultimately drives marketing results for clients.
• You’ll have the opportunity to partner closely with our in-house Motion Director and learn more about campaign development and art direction.
• You’re a hungry self-starter who is excited to collaborate across disciplines and partner with a variety of clients- from pre-launch startups to corporate brands- across a range of industries.
• You have a positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You’ll bring unique ideas to the table and help elevate the work through cinematography and editing.

Nuts and bolts:

• You have 4-7 years of freelance or full-time experience in-house or at a creative agency within its content department or at a production company.
• You have expert editing experience and a firm grasp of the post-production process: editing, motion graphics, color correction/finishing, audio design/mixing, etc. You have a knack for selecting and editing soundtracks to fit any mood and story.
• You’re an auteur in the making, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to tell a narrative in a variety of lengths and formats.
