Community Manager

Altru is looking for a Community Manager to build brand awareness and loyalty among our existing and prospective client base. 

This is a unique opportunity to get a front-row seat at a high-growth startup working with some of the most well-known logos in the world. You will learn from proven startup veterans in a B2B environment working on an exciting product that is transforming an industry.

Our mobile-first platform allows candidates to engage directly with a company's employees, allowing employees to share their firsthand perspectives through short-form video. Altru's technology allows organizations to create and nurture authentic relationships with their candidates by producing content driven by audience intent.

Responsibilities: 

-Foster relationships with clients to increase production adoption

-Lead in-person and virtual video recording coaching sessions with clients**

-Work closely alongside sales and account management team to strategize content growth opportunties

-Enhance our video storytelling capabilities for ourselves and clients. Content creation: concept, scripting, editing short videos

-Leverage data and industry best practices to determine trends and needs analysis

**the role will require frequent travel to clients domestically and internationally**
