We’re looking for a hyper organized content expert who understands the power that content wields in shaping the future of healthcare. You’ll join Kaia as a Content Manager in our growing Content team, working alongside the Product and Marketing team. You should be as comfortable overseeing a production team’s content creation as you are with maintaining and entering that content into our CMS.


As Content Manager you will support the development of our content strategy while leading key content projects that align with the overall brand voice, vision, and mission to connect with target audiences. You’ll join a growing team of creative thinkers who are fostering influential change in the organization through scalable and repeatable workflows. You will represent the Content Team in a multifaceted capacity, working closely with the Head of Content to manage content production. You’ll align with the Sales / Marketing teams to establish cross-functional priorities, and collaborate with the Product team to maintain our content in the CMS. What you'll do

  • Become a champion of Kaia’s brand ideals and create, video, audio, written, and mixed media content that supports OKRs
  • Maintain a content publishing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content.
  • Project manage content production from idea stage through to launch.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to establish internal content priorities that will translate into reactive requests for content team production.
  • Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to establish ways we can improve our current content management system.
  • Monitor performance of content published on and off domain. Make recommendations for how to improve metrics.
  • Input and manage all English-based content in our CMS.
  •  Manage and execute company blog strategy.
  • Manage and execute emerging social media content strategy for company Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Stay informed of current best practices in the industry and review competitors to compare their activities with those Kaia.
  • Become an expert on our in-house brand voice and editorial style guidelines
  • Help establish content standards and goals.
  • Work with different teams to establish an interdepartmental content development pipelines

About you!

  • At least 3-4 years of content experience or in a similar role.
  • Creative Thinker
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that supports Kaia’s brand identity.
  • Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.
  • Extremely computer literate, especially with how to write, interpret, and edit HTML scripts.
  • Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in English
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective.
  • Basic technical knowledge of MS Office and WordPress
  • Operational knowledge of Content Management Systems as it pertains to content entry and organization.
