WHAT IS PRIZEOUT?
Prizeout is an advertising technology company with a three-sided marketplace that allows consumers to receive earned or allocated funds via digital gift cards. Our commercial partners offer Prizeout as a withdrawal or disbursement method, while brands can digitally advertise and acquire new customers through Prizeout ad campaigns.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for a creative and flexible Content Manager who will be responsible for our social media channels and for creating content that can be used across the business. You’ll have proven experience across multiple platforms and content types and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams as well as external partners. As a member of our marketing team, you’ll work to develop engaging, creative, and inspiring content that enhances our brand, grows our presence, and drives sales.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop content strategy and calendar that aligns with long- and short-term business goals and objectives 
  • Own the creation and posting of new content aligning positioning and messaging though proactively collaborating with stakeholders
  • Refresh and repurpose content as needed to maximize resources and storytelling potential
  • Edit, proofread, and improve upon content when necessary, ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone of voice
  • Research industry landscape to identify and integrate trends, best practices, and innovation into our content strategy
  • Monitor project progress and escalate roadblocks and resource concerns to ensure deadlines are met
  • Establish, track, and share performance KPIs to evaluate content effectiveness over time
  • Utilize discretion and good judgment in representing the company while interfacing with various stakeholders and the broader community
  • Content outputs include, but are not limited to: social media posts, blogs, white-papers, press releases, website messaging, emails and other sales content

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • First and foremost, you have samples of your past work to share with us. No applicant will be considered without a digital portfolio of some type. Be proud, show us your stuff!
  • 4-5 years in Editorial, Content Marketing or related field creating content and social for a brand with a robust content output; prefer retail or payments experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; experience with SEO best practices a plus 
  • Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) helpful
  • Must be willing to work full-time in New York City; this is not a remote role
