Content Marketing Associate

| Greater NYC Area

Aircall is seeking a Content Marketing Associate with the kind of writing skills and business instincts that can build audiences, win customers, and create fans.

The Role

  • You will write, a lot, in every imaginable format

  • You will focus on educational blogs, in-depth guides, and case studies

  • You will assist with email marketing, social media, and events

  • You will share your ideas with colleagues well beyond the marketing team

  • You will shape the personality and build the authority of our brand

Required Experience

  • College degree

  • 1-3 years finding your way in the working world

  • A proven history of writing for professional audiences

  • Degree in Journalism, Literature, Business, or Psychology is a plus

  • Experience in a B2B, Tech, and/or Startup setting is a plus

Required Skills

  • Your writing is clear, confident, and compelling

  • You can adapt your style and tone to suit the situation

  • You know how to deliver good work on a deadline

  • You understand the fundamentals of SEO and inbound marketing

  • Curiosity. You want to learn everything about your business, industry, and audience

  • Empathy. You strive to understand what your audience wants, needs, and feels

What are some social events your company does?

Our company culture is heavy built on community and social gatherings both inside and outside of the work place: from a Halloween Party where our coworkers selected our costumes, a Raclette party with French wine, a Holiday Party at an art gallery, to Bryant Park for Ice Skating. We also have monthly parties on the first Friday of every month!

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

Aircall is bringing value back to voice. Through our cloud-based phone system that is integrated with your favorite business tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, etc.), we help companies have better conversations with their customers.

I joined Aircall as a Talent Acquisition Lead. While my projects were mostly focused on recruiting, I was given the opportunity to take part in building our global people strategy. I have since transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner. I've learned so much in such a short amount of time and am grateful to be part of this adventure.
