As Skillshare’s Content Program Manager, you’ll work closely with our Community and Curation Lead and Community Team to develop and manage our workshop programming. You’ll determine how we collect and use performance data and innovate within our platform-wide content strategy to deliver workshops that inspire and delight members. You’ll also oversee workshop operations, coordinating teacher involvement, collaborating cross-functionally on special projects and programming, and overseeing our Community Manager. We’ll look to your creative and operational leadership to ensure our Workshop Program is comprehensive, innovative, and set up to scale. The ideal candidate for this role has programming and operations experience, loves content development and ideation, has exceptional writing and communication skills, and enjoys mentoring others. Some curation or content moderation experience would also be helpful. 

What You'll Do

• Program and launch batches of workshops every 2 weeks. 
• Track performance metrics (such as ad performance, workshop enrollments, minutes-watched, discussion posts, survey feedback, and more) and determine how we use this information to inform programming and operations decisions. 
• Oversee and support workshop delivery, alongside our Community Manager.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on special projects and programming.
• Build out our Workshop Playbook and set up the program to scale.
