CLEAR is looking for a Content Strategy and Social Media Manager to drive CLEAR’s overall content and organic social media strategy. In this role, you’ll help to form, drive and execute the content and social strategy, develop and leverage UGC and manage influencer content development across current social channels. This role requires a highly creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion to evolve and enhance CLEAR’s brand across social with a focus on executing and delivering content on a consistent cadence.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy, clearly identifying the different purpose and objective for each platform
  • Create and implement specific social media strategies for brand activations and product/location launches
  • Generate and curate content that resonates with the company’s target customer and communicates the brand’s ethos to grow our follower base, increase engagement and drive brand awareness and equity
  • Develop social strategy and engagement tactics to increase UGC and influencer content
  • Create copy and graphic assets in line with both CLEAR’s brand voice and brand guidelines
  • Use analytics tools to draw insights and measure success on what content resonates with our target audience to shape future strategy
  • Partner closely with Paid Media/Demand marketing team on Influencer strategy
  • Help develop and work closely with customer service on Community Management strategy

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years experience in content development and creation, preferably with a subscription-based company
  • Strong creative instinct and understanding and adopting a brand’s unique voice
  • Desire to test and learn content strategies
  • Prior experience planning and activating cross-channel social media campaigns
  • Experience with employee advocacy platforms and best practice
  • Highly organized and communicative
  • Knowledge of social platforms tools around scheduling and analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch preferred

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
