At Bucket Listers, we are creating a movement! We promote the heartbeat of each city by highlighting the must-do and bucket list worthy experiences. Through our social-first digital content platform, we help brands share their stories and experiences through a variety of executions: social, web, email, IRL events and influencer activations.

Bucket Listers is growing and looking for a creative with experience scaling a content team at a growing media company.  This individual's role will focus on providing creative direction, team management & growth, and multi-platform/channel content deployment strategy. We are looking for hungry and passionate individuals to help take Bucket Listers to the next level.

Description

• Oversee daily production of the Bucket Listers output across multiple distribution channels (social, web, email, IRL) for paid and editorial content 
• Strategic support of pre-sale efforts; understand our client's business to connect their challenges to Bucket Listers’ social, web, email and IRL events campaign strategy/tactics
• Serve as the department leader, plus hire, retain and develop creative and project management team members
• Work with the Bucket Listers leadership team to evolve strategy in line with our business objectives
• Exceed targets for growing the reach, loyalty and engagement across our brand’s multi-channel audience
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor a diverse and talented team of content creators and project managers
• Explore optimal approach plans for creative/content delivery team to support new markets around the world
• Tasked with identifying and conceptualizing the strategic direction for various projects, and clearly present those ideas to the team and the client
• Explore process automation opportunities across the creative/content delivery team
• Help prioritize the projects and initiatives that will truly make a difference
• Develop dashboard to manage all content delivery reporting
• Work with a broad range of media players; consumer brands, publishers, agencies, even influencers etc.
• Provide ad-hoc support cross functional projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Is an extremely strong leader 
• Minimum 5+ years experience in media or publishing
• Minimum 3+ years experience managing and scaling creative/content delivery teams
• Eye for innovation and an expert in social media with an established understanding of the wider digital communications landscape
• Passionate about the social/digital media industry landscape/trends, competitive offerings, emerging platforms, etc.
• Ability to impact a team's understanding of how to get great work done
• Research skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy & process
• You are exceptional at task management, project management, and prioritization, with a proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
• Strong collaborative skills, including experience of liaising with stakeholders across the entire company
• Deck creation master, has an eye for the little details that can elevate an otherwise decent presentation
• G-Suite expert (Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• You have incredibly strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• You have strong interpersonal skills
