We are looking for an internal Creative Project Manager to bring ideas to life by owning projects end-to-end. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the Marketing Creative Project Manager will lead day-to-day management of projects all the way through final delivery. This person will take lead on large-scale integrated efforts and ownership of ad hoc/medium/smaller scale efforts like direct response advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project management; project scoping, brief coordination, cross-functional collaboration with team stakeholders (legal, finance, product teams, people, leadership), manage creative feedback, agency contracting, budget ownership, external project producer management, final asset delivery, and post mortem management
  • Bring creative utility across integrated campaigns (Films, animation, digital, web, experiential, print etc), supplying our teammates and external contributors with the necessary assets, documentation and tools
  • Manage external contributors - onboard independent contractors, funnel comms, feedback, and follow-ups from Talent (Social Influencers, Voice, Photographers, Directors), Freelancers (Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Developers, Producers), and Agency partners (Creative Agencies, Production houses, Animation Studios, Design Agencies, etc) to the internal Creative team
  • Tactical project planning - track project progress, maintenance, and communication of status. Maintain project homepages for organizational efficiencies and identifying any bottlenecks, project issues and resource gaps to Creative Ops
  • Track budgets adhering to scope, timing and approved spends
  • Organize project meetings, including developing agendas and capturing action items
  • Own project organization and build a single source of truth of information through tools like Monday, Notion and Google Drive
  • Manage creative feedback and revisions to ensure project is in scope
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, business affairs on vendor MSA, SOW, and contractor agreements. Maintaining a line of communication throughout project progress flagging potential legality or finance blockers
  • Help inform and develop process improvements for content production, setting up for future growth
  • Foster and build relationships with cross-functional partners across the company
  • Mitigate project risk and be proactive on any potential project problems with a solution oriented mindset

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience and awareness of all facets of brand building, creative development, production, and legal considerations so our work is not net-new to them. Global agency creative teams and/or internal creative team experience is a must.
  • A strong hand keeping projects, vendors and independent contractors on rails in a clear and precise manner.
  • Enjoys being air traffic control and communicating with multiple stakeholders in parallel. Understands how the in-house creative team functions within the brand marketing team matrix.
  • Embraces high stakes environments, can maintain a calm and controlled attitude and is methodical in problem-solving.
  • Organization is key to their workflow. Knowledge of project management tools like Monday, Notion and Zapier are a plus. Having a “what’s next” mindset will help calculate risks and mitigate blockers.
  • Is a direct communicator who can build strong working relationships to keep the team focused.

The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $154,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.

Our Company:

Hinge is the dating app designed to be deleted. In today’s digital world, singles are so focused on sending likes and looking through profiles that they’re not actually building meaningful connections and finding relationships. Hinge is on a mission to change that by designing the most effective app experience. On Hinge, there are no rules, timers, or games. Instead, you’ll have unique conversations over the text, photos, and audio you’ve shared on your profile. And it’s resonating with daters. Currently we’re setting up a date every three seconds.

Our Culture:

- Authenticity: Share your genuine thoughts and opinions directly.

- Courage: Invite and deeply consider challenges and criticism.

- Empathy: Be empathetic, communitarian and trustworthy.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
