Creative/Content Strategist
WHAT YOU’LL DO
IDEATE & EXECUTE | Your main job is to ideate and execute big ideas that cover the full marketing funnel.
BRIEF | You will pitch concepts, write briefs and communicate to your team with confidence. You enable your Graphic Designer to seamlessly bring items in the brief to life.
BUDGET | You will be the bank vault that decides where all the pennies go. That means knowing how to allocate money for content creation, design, post purchase experiences, or guiding top of funnel ad creation to website UX (from click to smile). You know when to push, and when to pull.
EVALUATE & ITERATE | You will evaluate the KPI’s of your campaign (i.e. (a) advertising KPI’s: Click Thru Rate (CTR), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS); (b) landing page conversion rate and heat maps; (c) email KPI’s) and iterate on your campaign to continue optimizing the metrics and/or start new ones.
RESEARCH & STUDY | You will lead the data collection strategy (not execute or implement it) to learn more about our customers. You will study our customer, what problems they are trying to solve for, and what success looks like for them. This should enable your creative ideation to be more effective.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You strategically plan advertising campaigns and landing pages. You clearly communicate to your Graphic Designer on how to successfully execute on the vision.
While upholding design and creative standards, you will contribute to the overall growth of our business in the different product verticals.
You will analyze overall health and success of current campaigns, then utilize creative problem solving to overcome obstacles or tap into potential opportunities.
Determine the need for outside assistance, freelancers, copywriters, and production.
Ability to tell a customer a clear and compelling story about what our products do for them that resonates that will lead to growing our business.
