monday.com is looking for a passionate Senior B2B Content Manager to support our growing enterprise marketing initiatives. As a natural storyteller with a strong strategic edge, you’ll be defining, creating, and editing lead-generation content with the goal of engaging our enterprise top-funnel audience and strengthen our thought leadership presence. 

This is a career-defining opportunity to combine your creative, analytical, and strategic talents in one powerhouse role and help define the best practices across our content processes.

You will play a key role in planning and developing engaging content that will build awareness, generate and nurture leads, and improve the conversion funnel. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and design teams to align, design, and iterate your content strategy.

This role is both hands-on and strategic, allowing you to flex your creative muscle and execute content to an exceptional level, driving high-quality work that has mission-critical impact across the organization.

Aligned with our Tel Aviv headquarters, the US-based B2B Content Manager will be the one of the first US content marketing hire to help shape the culture and execution of our fast-growing team.

About The Role:

  • Create and execute a lead generation content strategy in full alignment with the B2B Content Team Lead.
  • Develop and edit a variety of content assets for the Enterprise Marketing team aligned to personas and the buyer journey - including case studies, blog posts, ebooks, videos, infographics, white papers, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Collaborate with key leaders and subject matter experts within the organization to develop use case requirements for high quality content that aligns to business outcomes.
  • Drive thought leadership and respond to sales support content requests, whether you are creating it, editing it, or supporting other content needs on the team.
  • Use a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.
  • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and LinkedIn followers, growing inbound organic traffic, and more.
  • Onboard and train new team members joining our US office.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation for enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to engage readers with compelling content.
  • Experience writing and editing product marketing content and sales enablement materials.
  • The ability to distill complex ideas in understandable, relatable, and executive-friendly ways.
  • Comfortable using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
  • The ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback.
