We’re looking for an Executive Producer to join team Arcadia. The Executive Producer will work closely with the studio’s leadership and account teams to scale solutions for packaging and project managing executions across Arcadia’s clients of record. The role will require oversight of multiple projects and cross-functional teams and will be responsible for delivering AR and Video packages that exceed partner expectations. The Executive Producer will also play a key role in producing Arcadia’s marketing material, video case studies and award submissions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, client management, and strategic thinking skills and will proactively problem solve against creative challenges and logistical hurdles. We’re looking for a creative, energized, and organized individual that will help us deliver white glove service to our clients, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude.

What you will do:

  • Produce world class AR and video output through efficient project management and production guidance

  • Oversee the Studio’s Creative Project Management pipeline and assign accounts to producers

  • Determine organizational structure to maximize craft and efficiency in production 

  • Produce the full package of project output inclusive of promotional materials, video case studies and award submissions

  • Manage the workload of Arcadia designers 

  • Partner with account teams to prioritize production strategy efforts and deliver against client needs 

  • Build templates and processes for creative timelines, asset delivery and pipeline management 

  • Collaborate with the technical production team to manage bandwidth by providing long term project visibility

  • Manage key client communication throughout development process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal

  • Ability to find optimizations to process and packages that drive quicker turn-around times while upholding creative quality 

  • Experience in custom video shoots and AR production

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experienced across multiple production disciplines (video, 3D, design, AR)

  • 6+ years experience working with advertising clients in a creative production function

  • Experience managing a pipeline of projects 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in potentially stressful situations

  • Candidate should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail is crucial.

  • Deep familiarity with design production and handling of AR design file types 

  • Experience with video production and filming preferred (equipment sourcing, talent sourcing, location scouting, budget management, contracts and insurance)

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Employees can contribute to a Medical FSA to pay for eligible medical expenses, or a Dependent Care FSA to pay for eligible daycare expenses, with pre-tax dollars.
