ABOUT THE ROLE:

Resy is rapidly expanding and we are seeking a discerning and creative Copywriter to join our growing Marketing team. This person will create copy and marketing materials for all things Resy, including: content for our app and website; e-mail campaigns; restaurant descriptions; blog posts; and content for Airbnb and Resy Global Services (RGS). The ideal candidate is dexterous in his/her ability to channel different voices and write both short and long form. We are seeking someone who is an arbiter of taste as it pertains to dining, travel, and restaurant. If you are go-getter writer who is flexible and open to an evolving work environment, this might be the perfect role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create content across the Resy platform, with a particular focus on maintaining the content we deliver in-app and on native listings pages
• Manage in-app copy of restaurant descriptions and merchandising of Resy restaurants, within the Resy and Airbnb apps
• Work closely with our Restaurant Accounts team, from retrieving vital intel about our restaurant partners for content purposes to maintaining and communicating marketing requests
• Contribute meaningful content for each of our localized "New on Resy" blog franchises
• Produce content that can be leveraged for Resy and AirBNB’s international partnership

WHO YOU ARE:

• An eager self-starter, who is passionate about storytelling, and curious and knowledgeable and restaurants.
• You have 2 - 3 years experience creating copy for a fast-paced, dynamic company
• You are an eager self-starter who is passionate about storytelling
• You are extremely organized, with a close attention to detail, and strong proficiency with English grammar
• You are an excellent communicator
• You possess the ability to channel different voices through content, whether it’s for Resy, Airbnb, or international markets
• You are passionate about restaurants and the hospitality industry

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge and proficiency with customer segmentation, lifecycle optimization, ESP capabilities, and experience in B2C
