Team Overview
The technical writing team is based in New York and works closely with internal Product Owners and SMEs across the business to identify, schedule and deliver key internal and client-facing documentation that meet corporate standards, are rich in detail, and are useful to our user community be that internal stakeholders or external clients, partners or vendors.
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join and help in preparing product-based documentation, maintaining the Document Library, ensuring document standards are met, compliance requirements are satisfied, and being an internal advocate for the importance of complete, up-to-date, and meaningful documentation. What you'll be doing

• Identify, schedule and deliver key internal and client-facing documentation that meet corporate standards
• Build excellent working relationships with all stakeholders and help to ensure timely delivery of documentation by assisting stakeholders with prioritization
• Help to maintain our Document Library ensuring that key information is kept relevant and up to date for the business

What you'll bring

• 1+ years previous commercial experience in the same or a similar role
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Adobe Acrobat, SnagIT, RoboHelp (or similar)
• Experience with the full documentation lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high - attention to detail
• Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on documentation creation
