Lens Production Manager

The Lens Team creatively applies innovative augmented reality technology to design and ship Face Lenses, World Lenses, Utilities and AR Games. This team is composed of designers, data scientists, and product/program managers that create custom AR lenses and interactive Snapchat games.
We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our Lens team!
What you’ll do:
Partner with cross-functional teams to accurately capture the essence of projects and timelines needed to execute Lens campaigns
Manage the project process from assessment and definition, creative and technical design, production and development, and testing and launch standpoints
Track tasks milestones and deliverables, communicating with the Global Brand Strategy team and the Lens Team production departments as necessary to keep them abreast of the project’s progress.
Communicate expectations and project progress to team members and stakeholders.
Support team leads and designers to ensure project success within timeline and scope
Find solutions to arising problems and present ideas in collaboration with other team members
Generate insights and ideas for Lenses that further the major business goals of partners
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively (sets clear goals, identifies roadblocks, designs solutions, and tracks progress against deadlines)
Prioritization and time management skills
An independent thinker and problem solver
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, business, or equivalent years of experience
1+ years of experience leading project teams in a client-service environment at an agency, consumer product, or entertainment company
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project schedule management and work breakdown structures
Experience driving the success of large programs
